Shipping and Delivery
At Your Zodiac Vibes, we aim to make ordering and delivery as simple and reliable as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on the product, particularly for items that are printed, produced or prepared specifically for your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times shown on our website are provided as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, carrier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Information
Please ensure that your name, shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.
Multiple Items
If your order contains several products, they may occasionally be produced or dispatched separately. This means your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur during transit. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist wherever possible.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe an item is missing, please contact us promptly through our Contact Us page with your order number and details of the issue.
For damaged items, photographs of the product and packaging may help us resolve the matter more quickly.
Contact Us
If you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery, please contact us through the Contact Us page and include your order number where applicable.
